Main Application:
Model WF Rough Mill is a preprocess set to support the fine grinding process and used in the industries of pharmaceutics,chemicals,and food.

Operating Principle:
 This model has a horizontal crushing structure.Raw material is sent into the crushing chamber through a hopper and then stroked by the knife blade and the tool apron.The revolving and fixed knifes cut and grind material.Processed stuff runs to the exit automatically because of the rotary centrifugal force.The machine is designed according to GMP standard and made of stainless steel.The advantages of it are simple structure,convenient cleaning and low noise.Currently it is the most ideal one among coarse crushing machines.

• Which payment terms can we accept?

• Normally we accept T/T term, sometimes Western union or others for old client. 

   On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment.

 

• I'm not sure if this machine can deal with our product? 

• Products like this will be OK: , small granule diameter less than 6mm, such as sugar, salt, rice, corn, starch, oats, wheat flour etc.

 

• One model can be available for various mesh?

• Yes, one model can choose different screen stencil for meeting various mesh.

 

• Whether the grinder is easy to get heating?

• Actually, our machine inside is with large air volume,  evenly, the air volume can inject water, so not easy to get heating.

• As a oversea buyer, I wonder if you could send us engineer for installation and maintenance?

• The machines are test without problem before shipping. Just connect to power the machine will work. We will always do our best  to solve your problem whatever in one year warranty or not, and you need not to pay for unnecessary in reasonable price.

 

• I worry about there is a difference of supply voltage between our countries.

• Usually our power supply is 3p 220/415v 50/60HZ, and we will confirm your supply voltage when we  are going on busines
