Product Introduction:

Stainless steel mixer is an efficient mixing equipment designed for industries such as food, medicine, and chemical. It is made of 304/316 stainless steel and meets GMP and FDA hygiene standards. It has the characteristics of uniform mixing, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and no residue, and is suitable for the mixing process of powders, particles, pastes, and high viscosity materials.
 

working principle:

The material is fed from the upper inlet, and the loading capacity is generally 30% to 70% of the volume. The container rotates uniformly around the horizontal axis, and the material slides along the conical wall under the action of gravity. When the container is turned to one side, the material gathers at the bottom of the cone; When rotating to the other side, the material flows in the opposite direction, forming a continuous diffusion and interweaving of the material in the flow, achieving seamless mixing in three-dimensional space. After mixing, the material is discharged from the bottom discharge valve (which can be connected to a pipeline or packaging machine). Optional vacuum system, spray device or jacket (heating/cooling).
